How does the free trial work?
Simply sign up for Remarkety to start your free 14-day trial. We are flexible and can extend your trial based on your business needs. You will be able to send newsletters, automated emails and have full access to premium features. No credit card is necessary. After the trial ends, you will be able to choose the right plan for your businesses.
Am I charged for contacts not subscribed to receive marketing emails?
Nope, you won’t be charged for unsubscribed contacts and not for duplicates. Moreover, Remarkety keeps your list clean: hard bounces, spam reports and invalid emails will be automatically removed from your list.
Does Remarkety replace my other email marketing platforms?
Yes, Remarkety is a one-stop-shop for your email marketing needs. Remarkety sends automated emails triggered by customer shopping behavior and purchase data, plus it sends all types of email marketing like newsletters, product recommendations, abandoned carts and more.
How many emails can I send?
By default, we don’t limit your sends for the Starter and Advanced plans (as long as you don’t abuse our service and/or spam your customers). We encourage you to send as many emails you want. The Professional plan (above 100K contacts) includes 1.2 million emails per month, and you can easily upgrade and increase the limit to any number based on your needs.
What are contacts?
A contact is anyone subscribed to your marketing emails. These contacts (emails) come from your eCommerce platform data or from lists you upload, popups, forms, etc. You are never charged twice for the same contact. Remarkety will not charge you for duplicates like other services.
Does Remarkety help me with GDPR compliance?
Yes. As a Data Processor and an Email Marketing Platform, Remarkety provides strong tools and features to help you with your GDPR compliance efforts.
What happens if I exceed my number of allowed contacts or email sends?
You can choose to have Remarkety automatically add a bulk of new contacts/emails to ensure your emails continue being delivered or you can choose to manually upgrade before exceeding your plan limit. We will alert you when you’re close to exceeding your limit. However, Remarkety will NOTdowngrade or upgrade your plan your are at. It is your responsibility to select the right plan which fits your business’ needs.
