Remarkety, a funded startup with offices in New York and Israel, is looking for a summer intern. Remarkety interns will have the opportunity to work closely with every facet of the startup. This includes marketing, sales, tech and customer support. Are you a go-getter with a can-do attitude? Good. Jack of all trades? Even better. Can you eat six saltines in a minute? Of course you can’t. Nobody can.
The internship period will run from mid-June through mid-August at our Manhattan office located at 315 W 36th. If you’re interested in learning the ins-and-outs of a growing tech startup in the trillion dollar eCommerce industry, we’d love to chat.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with business managers and marketers
- Enthusiastic about learning in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in tech startups andgrowing companies
- Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
- Can prioritize tasks and manage time independently
Sales
- Fearless cold caller
- Research and manage customer data
- Assist in additional administrative tasks as assigned
Support
- Problem-solve with a consistently positive attitude
- Complete initial assessment of incoming customer inquiries
- Effectively prioritize support requests
Success
- Actively research customer success opportunities
- Build content base to enhance customer growth and experience
- Assist in additional administrative tasks as assigned
