If you consider yourself a “numbers” person, we’ve got something for you. Our latest email reporting tools make it easier than ever to see how your email campaigns are performing.

Numbers Brain Mind

Imagine you’re a small or medium-sized eCommerce business owner or marketer. This probably isn’t too hard considering you are reading this blog post.

Anyways, let’s get back to imagining that you are trying to understand how your email marketing campaigns are performing. What are the important metrics you should be tracking? Moreover, how can you ensure the tracking is authentic?

Say hello to Remarkety Reports. Seeing high-level metrics like generated income, purchase rate and much more is called out on the top of the reports page.

That’s not all.

Ever wondered when your customers are opening or clicking emails? Did you ever want to run a cohort analysis on customers who received an email from you? What about exporting all your email marketing information into Excel to make cool graphs? Consider it done.

And how do you even know all of this is real life?

Because we show you the exact order number and order date associated with an email sent to that customer. If a coupon is used on the order, we’re going to show that, too.

Boost your sales doggone it.

The new reporting features will also make it easier to identify ways to improve email marketing campaigns. Let’s say a campaign has a high open rate, but low click rate.

This indicates there is room for improvement with the email design. Perhaps the call-to-action needs to stand out. Alternatively, maybe the incentive to click isn’t great enough.

Moreover, what if the open rate is low? Either the email isn’t relevant to the people you’re sending it to, or the subject line needs improvement. Constantly testing new subject lines, call-to-action language, and other variables will keep your emails fresh and your customers interested.

Find the new email reporting tools by clicking on a campaign’s performance pie chart from the dashboard. These reports can also be accessed by clicking on the gear icon in the top right corner of any Remarkety screen and then selecting ‘Reports’ in the drop down menu.

Enjoy the new reporting tools. Let us know if you have any questions.
